SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES FOR B2B.AHEALTHCARE.COM

Our working days are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

Once you place your b2b order, we calculate postage costs for you based on the weight, dimensions of the items and country of destination and we contact you by email to proceed with the payment.

After receipt of payment, goods will be shipped immediately. Please indicate the order number when making payment.The shipping times may be affected by National Holidays, strikes, bad weather, pandemics, customs clearances etc. We are not responsible for these delays caused by third parties.

We ship our products to most countries in the world. Delivery times in Europe are 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment and to the rest of the world 3 to 8 days. Standard business/working days for deliveries are Monday to Friday. All products are dispatched from Europe (EU zone). If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately about delivery time. If you live outside Europe taxes may apply for imported goods. Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you live outside the Eurozone please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Although we always try to deliver as fast as possible to all European countries, delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to various factors like extreme weather conditions, strikes, remote areas etc

SHIPPING METHODS AND COST

We only use courier services like TNT, Fedex, UPS and DHL. The shipping cost ranges from 8 euros for standard shipping to 14 for express shipping in the European Union to 21- 24 euros for the other regions (rest of Europe, Asia, USA etc). It always depends on the weight and size of the parcels. If you live in a non-EU country, then fees or tax that you might be charged during the import procedure are not included in the shipping price you paid to us.
