MDF Instruments is represented in Greece and Cyprus by our company. In continuation of MDF Instruments' policy, we provide you with the "Free Lifetime Parts Replacement" service. This means that if one of your customers who has purchased an MDF stethoscope from you encounters a problem with a spare part*, they are entitled to receive a FREE replacement part from you.
Inform your customers that by choosing an MDF stethoscope from your company, they not only get a quality and reliable tool, but also an unmatched guarantee. In case they face any problem with a spare part, they are entitled to receive a FREE replacement part from you, ensuring the continuous and smooth operation of their stethoscope. Customers who wish to take advantage of this service must send a photo of the damaged part to you, as well as the purchase invoice of the product. Once the damage is confirmed, we undertake to send you the corresponding spare part for you to forward to your customer!
